SELLER GUIDE

How to prepare an autonomous vehicle for sale.

A strong seller package reduces uncertainty. The more clearly you can explain ownership, condition, hardware, software, service history, and transfer limitations, the easier it is for a serious buyer to evaluate the vehicle.

Start here

1. Document ownership

Gather title, registration, lien information, fleet ownership records, bills of sale, and any documentation that explains how the vehicle can legally transfer.

2. Inventory the autonomy hardware

List sensors, compute units, communications equipment, mounts, wiring, storage, charging equipment, and any components that have been removed.

3. Explain software access

Be clear about whether autonomous software, maps, licenses, remote-assistance systems, or fleet-management tools transfer with the vehicle.

4. Describe condition honestly

Include mileage, operating condition, battery status where known, warning lights, cosmetic damage, maintenance history, and whether the vehicle currently runs and drives.
