When you submit seller or buyer information, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company or organization, asset details, acquisition criteria, notes, and other information you choose to provide. Seller submissions may also include uploaded photos or PDF documents.
First-party analytics
We use first-party analytics to understand site usage and lead sources. This may include random browser and session identifiers, page visited, referral source, campaign information, device category, language, and time zone. Our current analytics implementation does not store IP addresses.

Public buyer requests
Buyer requests are private by default. A buyer request may appear anonymously in the Wanted by Buyers section only when the buyer explicitly opts into public anonymous display. The public display does not include the buyer's name, email address, or company.
Service providers
We may use third-party service providers to host the site, store submission data and files, authenticate authorized users, send transactional email, and operate supporting infrastructure. These providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to provide those services.
Retention and security
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to review opportunities, maintain business records, operate the marketplace, address disputes, or meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit information through the website. If you have already submitted information and want to request an update or deletion, contact Buy My Robotaxi through the website and identify the submission involved. Some information may need to be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.
