Marketplace role
Buy My Robotaxi provides a private intake and marketplace-matching service for autonomous vehicles and related assets. Submitting an asset or buyer request does not create an offer, purchase agreement, brokerage agreement, agency relationship, or guarantee of a transaction.
No guaranteed purchase, sale, value, or match
We may review, decline, prioritize, or follow up on submissions at our discretion. We do not guarantee that an asset will be purchased, listed, matched, sold, valued at a particular amount, or accepted by any buyer.
Your authority and accuracy
You represent that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to submit and, where applicable, transfer the assets or information involved. Do not submit material that is stolen, unlawfully obtained, confidential without authorization, subject to restrictions you cannot satisfy, or otherwise unlawful to transfer.
Autonomous technology, software, and regulatory limits
Physical ownership of a vehicle or component does not necessarily include software rights, autonomy functionality, data rights, licenses, permits, trademarks, warranties, certifications, export authorization, or the legal right to operate it autonomously. Sellers and buyers are responsible for determining what rights and approvals are required for any contemplated transaction or use.
Inspection and due diligence
Buyers and sellers are responsible for their own inspections, title and ownership review, condition verification, legal and regulatory diligence, taxes, transportation, insurance, financing, export compliance, and transaction documentation. Information supplied by another party should be independently verified before relying on it.

The site may link to third-party websites or marketplaces for convenience. Buy My Robotaxi does not control those services and does not endorse, verify, or guarantee third-party listings, availability, pricing, or conduct.
Site availability and limitations
The site and marketplace are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Buy My Robotaxi disclaims implied warranties regarding site availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and the accuracy or completeness of third-party information.

We may update these terms as the marketplace evolves. Continued use of the site after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
